The client's existing process relied on manual scheduling via WhatsApp and payments through direct bank transfers. This fragmented system caused constant timezone clashes, high drop-off rates at checkout, and poor video quality during crucial telehealth sessions. They needed a centralized, automated platform that could handle end-to-end user journeys reliably.
Our Technical Solution
NexGen Coders architected a highly scalable mobile application using Flutter for a native-like fluid experience and Node.js for robust backend operations. We moved them away from third-party video links by engineering a custom in-app video calling feature using WebRTC. To solve timezone issues, we implemented an automated calendar sync logic.
